"마치 내일이면 갑자기 눈이 멀어질 것 처럼 그대의 눈을 사용하라. 마치 내일이면 갑자기 귀가 멀어질 것 처럼 사람들의 음악과 같은 목소리와 새들의 노래를 들으라.  

마치 내일이면 촉감이 사라질 것 처럼 모든 물체 하나 하나의 감촉을 느껴보라. 마치 내일이면 앞으로 다시는 냄새를 맡고 맛을 볼 수 없을 것 처럼 꽃의 향기를 맡고, 음식을 한 입 한 입 맛을 음미하며 맛을 보라.
