Find the teacher in everyone
Approach people with curiosity: everybody has something they can teach you. Spend some time thinking about the various people you encountered today, particularly those whom you disliked or whose ideas or opinions you disagreed with. What can you find of value in what they have done or said? Inwardly acknowledge graditude for teaching of those individuals.

있으니까요. 오늘 여러분이 만난 다양한 사람들에 대해 잠시 생각해 보세요. 특히 여러분이 싫어했거나 아이디어나 의견에 반대했던 사람들에 대해서 말이죠. 그들이 했던 일과 얘기에서 어떤 가치를 발견할 수 있으신가요? 그들 개개인의 가르침에 감사한 마음을 가져보세요.
