We all develop addictions. When we gain mastery over them, our experience of the world is enriched. We thought we were seeing the rainbow. We weren't. We were seeing in black-and-white. Only now, addiction-free, do we see the world in all its glory.

우리 모두는 몰두할 것들을 만들어 낸다. 우리가 중독을 정복하는 방법을 알게 될 때, 이 세상에 대한 우리의 체험은 짙어진다. 우리는 무지개를 본 것이라 생각한다. 아니다. 우리는 흑백으로 본 것이다. 오직 지금 이 순간만, 중독 없이, 우리는 이 세상을 빛나는 그대로 보는 것이다.
